About Groupride
Groupride books minibuses and coaches with a driver for groups in London, from 16 to 57 seats. You get one fixed price in writing on WhatsApp, prices start from £195, and an independent PSV-licensed operator drives the journey.
Why we started
Booking group transport in London usually means filling in a form, waiting a day for a callback and getting a price that changes later. Groupride does the opposite: starting prices on every page, a quote form that takes about a minute, and one fixed figure on WhatsApp, usually within 30 minutes between 7am and 11pm.
How we work with operators
We don't own vehicles. Every journey is driven by an independent coach or minibus operator that holds a PSV operator licence, the licence the law requires to carry passengers for hire in a vehicle with 9 or more passenger seats. Before we work with an operator we check their licence is valid on the GOV.UK vehicle operator licensing register.
We take your booking, fix the price, and stay your one contact for questions, changes and driver details. The operator supplies the vehicle and driver and is responsible for the journey itself.
What we don't do
- Cars, MPVs or 8-seaters. Our smallest vehicle is a 16-seat minibus, so a group of six simply gets more room.
- Self-drive hire. Every booking comes with a driver.
- Surprise charges. Anything extra, like airport parking or tolls, is listed in your written price before you pay.
