Tell us the trip
Pickup, destination, date and group size. About a minute on the form, or message us straight on WhatsApp.
Get a fixed price in writing
One figure on WhatsApp, usually within 30 minutes between 7am and 11pm. Anything extra, like airport parking, is listed up front.
Confirm and travel
A small deposit secures the vehicle. Your driver's name and number arrive 24 hours before pickup.
Who does what
Groupride takes your enquiry, matches the right vehicle to your group and luggage, fixes the price in writing and stays your contact for questions, changes and driver details.
The operator is an independent coach or minibus company holding a PSV operator licence, the licence every vehicle with 9 or more passenger seats needs to carry passengers for hire. They supply the vehicle and the driver and are responsible for the journey itself.
Our smallest vehicle is a 16-seat minibus. We don't arrange cars, MPVs or 8-seaters, so a group of six simply gets more room.

Yes. Every booking is a minibus or coach with a driver, operated by an independent PSV-licensed operator. We don't arrange self-drive hire.
